What we do with your data.
Very little, and this page says exactly what. No cookies, no newsletter, nothing sold to anybody. If you want it deleted, one email is enough.
Who is responsible
Masoko Publicidad, Heriberto Frías 1439, interior 502-A, Col. Del Valle Sur, Benito Juárez, 03100 Mexico City, Mexico. info@masoko.org · +52 55 4435 6060.
We are the ones who decide what happens with the personal data described below, and the ones you write to if you want something changed or removed.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, your company, your email address, optionally your website or the brand name you want to register, and whatever you write in the message. That is the whole list. There are no hidden fields collecting anything else.
We do not ask for and do not want your payment details, your tax numbers or any document, through this website. If we end up working together, that comes later and by other means.
Why we have it
To answer you. If we end up working together, to do the work and to invoice it. That is all.
We do not sell it, rent it or hand it to anybody for marketing. We do not add you to a newsletter. We do not call you unless you ask us to. The form itself says so, and this page is the formal version of the same promise.
Who else touches it
Three services, all of them outside Mexico. We picked each one deliberately and these are the only ones:
- Web3Forms takes what you submit and delivers it to our inbox. It is the only service that sees the content of your message.
- Vercel hosts this website and keeps ordinary server logs — IP address, browser, page requested — the way every web server does.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits. It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your browser and does not identify you as a person.
Because these services operate outside Mexico, the data you send travels internationally. If you are in the European Union, that means a transfer outside the EEA.
Cookies: none
This website does not set a single cookie. Not ours, not anybody else's. That is why you have never seen a consent banner here — there is nothing to consent to. The fonts are served from our own domain rather than from Google, so simply reading this page does not tell any third party that you did.
How long we keep it
Your message stays in our email for as long as the conversation is worth keeping. If we work together, the invoicing records are kept for as long as Mexican tax law requires us to keep them.
If you want it gone before that, ask and we delete it.
Your rights
Write to info@masoko.org and tell us what you want. We answer in writing, we do not charge for it, and we do not ask you to justify the request.
- In Mexico, under the LFPDPPP, you have your ARCO rights — acceso, rectificación, cancelación y oposición — and you may limit the use or disclosure of your data.
- In the European Union and the United Kingdom, under the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you may object to processing.
- Wherever you are, the practical version is the same: ask, and we do it.
If you are in the EU or the UK and you think we handled it badly, you can also complain to your national data protection authority. We would rather you told us first.
Changes to this notice
If this changes, the new version is published on this page with its date. This site has no user accounts and no mailing list, so there is no way for us to notify you individually — which is itself a consequence of collecting so little.
